Let the Galicians have their nation and language, just get them to agree (sincerely) not to meddle in other nations on their border. They become the new buffer. Let the Hungarian parts go back to Hungary, Romania etc. Russia should reclaim Kiev, one of their mother cities going back to Viking times.
Now here's a twist: Offer a part of Central Ukraine as a Jewish Homeland as part of a settlement in the Middle East which sees them renouncing any sort of Jewish-only (Zionist) state. The Jewish State with its membership in the UN, government and language etc. will relocate to their old hunting grounds. If the arrangements are friendly, which they should be, Odessa could become a bi-national port. So the Jews would have extensive influence in shipping from the Red Sea into Europe via Odessa. The advantage to giving the Jews a homeland is that they have a place to live and won't go an overwhelm other countries. If this country is successful - which it could be if it has access to a major port town plus serving as a major East-West hub in the BRI multipolar world - then more Jews will be inspired to move there and the Zionist movement as a force of change/resistance/ethnic solidarity can relax. Jews living in Palestine can go back to as it was before and the Palestinian State can be run by Palestinians speaking their own language with their own institutions and political system. Any Jews living there who try to take the place over can be shown the border rapidly.
If the Jewish homeland project is removed from the Middle East, a whole lot of things will fall into place rapidly. The Americans will no longer have an excuse for meddling there and will have to close their bases and leave.
Then the world will be settled, relatively speaking. America will have the Americas. Western Europe will have Western Europe. Arabia and Persia will be themselves again, along with Turkiye. Russia. India. China. Eastern Asian nations. All themselves, all whole, all without friction.
If the Jews could be persuaded to take Ukraine which has been largely emptied of its population in many areas, the entire geopolitical order of the world could settle, for the first time perhaps ever, into a relaxed and harmonious configuration. Hopefully Putin reads your blog and this comment and can make it happen!
